Fall Updates!

This fall is already scheduled to be lots of fun and incredibly busy. Here’s what’s coming up.

I’m kicking off the fall festivities with NARIX in Orlando next weekend. This rope unconference is focused specifically on educators, community leaders, and event organizers but has a huge diversity of attendees. If you want a taste of what last year involved check out Graydancer’s Ropecast.  If the discussions in the group already are any indication of the epicness that is about to happen I can’t wait to get my rope on!

September brings us the third annual Florida Power Exchange. I’m excited to be joining the presenter lineup again this year with a brand new class on navigating D/s while a partner has a mental illness. This one hits very close to home for me as I have spent years battling and recovering from mental illness including BPD, PTSD, and anxiety. It absolutely has an effect on the way I serve and how I interact with those who I am in service too. After years of struggling I’ve come out the other side with some solid tips for making the journey together.

October brings Southern Polyamory Gathering a four day conference for those who are ethically non monogamous. It includes great socials, classes, and camping on gorgeous private property in Central Florida. I’m lucky enough to be the owner/organizer for this event and can’t wait to share another weekend with great people.

The next weekend finds me heading back to Suwannee Hulaween to perform along side some amazing ladies with my circus troupe with lyra, silks, contortion, hammock, acro, fire, & spinning. Can’t wait to share in that magic again.

There are a few other events I’ll hopefully be hitting as well but I’m still waiting to hear back from those proposals. There will also be some Hitchin’ Bitches action in there and a few other workshops so keep an eye on the calendar for updates.

Is there somewhere you’d like to see me or anything you think I’d really dig? Let me know in the comments or send a message to aemok@runningaemok.com
